(Retd.) Lt. Gen. Bakshi

Bakshi's forte is capability building through training and social development to raise a committed organisation. He was the Military Secretary to the President of India and served President Pratibha Patil and President Pranab Mukherjee. He is passionate about empowering youth to find their potential.
Richa Nautiyal
Trained as an electrical engineer, she started her career teaching at the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar (Uttarakhand). Her thirst for joy and meaning led her to the Teach For India fellowship, after which she led recruitment for the Azim Premji Foundation for Development in Uttarakhand. Witnessing the disparity between city and village schools, she returned to classrooms as a teacher mentor in a TFIx incubator organisation in rural Bihar. FUEL Foundation has enabled her to facilitate change in the hills of Uttarakhand.
Shraddha Bakshi
Shraddha Bakshi is a social worker, blog writer, teacher, trained classical dancer and sitar player. She was inspired towards social work from childhood, as her family regularly shared food, clothes, medicines, education and other resources with the less fortunate.
She has 32 years of experience in various positions with the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA). She is the Director of CrossbowMiles Social Ventures Pvt Ltd and also heads Asmita Foundation.
Deepak Ramola
Deepak Ramola is a wisdom historian and award-winning educator. He is Research Scientist and Associate Director of the MIT Wisdom Lab and a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
For fifteen years, through his organisation Project FUEL, he has collected life lessons from 195 countries and turned them into curriculum — work recognised among the world's top 100 innovations in education and adopted across five continents.

Apoorva Bakshi is an International Emmy Award-winning producer. A fierce guardian of independent voices, she has acquired and distributed over 40 award-winning independent films. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Golden Karavan, Awedacious Originals and Project FUEL, she has carved her niche as one of the youngest producers of prolific South Asian productions. At FUEL Foundation, she channels her flair for creation and business expertise to ensure that people from the most marginalised communities are heard.
Sudhir Mendiratta
Sudhir Mendiratta is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. To serve vulnerable communities, he advises many organisations working in the social sector. He has been the financial advisor for FUEL Foundation for the past three years and is a firm advocate of the team's vision.
An animal enthusiast, he is actively engaged with the city's animal welfare organisations and believes that kindness towards animals and humility in character are core to a successful life.
