Experienced in strategizing and leading convergence of multi-disciplinary organizations including police, civil administration and state/central government agencies, LT General Bakshi' forte is capability building through training and social development to raise a committed organization. He was the Military Secretary to the President of India and served President Pratibha Patil and President Pranab Mukherjee. He is very passionate about empowering youth to find their potential.

Trained as an Electrical Engineer, she started her career by teaching at National Institute of Technology, Srinagar (Uttarakhand). Her thirst for joy and meaning led her to the Teach For India fellowship. After that she led the recruitment efforts of Azim Premji Foundation for Development in Uttarakhand. Witnessing the disparity between city and village schools during her travels, she went back to classrooms as a teacher mentor in a TFIx incubator org. in rural Bihar. FUEL Foundation has enabled her to facilitate change in the hills of Uttarakhand.

Shraddha Bakshi is a social worker, blog writer, teacher, trained classical dancer and a sitar player. She got inspired for social work right from childhood because her family regularly shared food, clothes, medicines, education and other resources with the less fortunate.

She has an experience of 32 years managing various positions with Army Wives Welfare Association ( AWWA). She is the Director of CrossbowMiles Social Ventures Pvt Ltd and also heads Asmita Foundation.

Deepak Ramola is the Founder and Artistic Director of Project FUEL, an organisation that documents and designs human wisdom. He also serves as the Kindness Ambassador for UNESCO MGIEP.

A celebrated lyricist in Hindi Cinema, he is also a published author of an award-winning collection of Hindi poetry.

Apoorva Bakshi is an International EMMY Award winning producer. A fierce guardian of independent voices, Apoorva has successfully acquired and distributed over 40+ award winning independents. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Golden Karavan, Awedacious Originals and Project FUEL, she has carved her niche as one of the youngest producers of prolific South Asian productions. At the FUEL Foundation, she channelises her flair for creation and business expertise to ensure that people from the most marginalized communities are heard.

Sudhir Mendiratta is a Chartered Accountant with an experience of more than 15 years. To serve vulnerable communities, he advises many organizations working in the social sector. He has been the financial advisor for the FUEL Foundation for the past 3 years and is a firm advocate of the vision of the team.

As an animal enthusiast, he is actively engaged with animal welfare organizations of the city and firmly believes that kindness towards animals and humility in character are the core areas for a successful life.
